Hi, I’m Zania—certified yoga teacher and founder of Stillness & Flow Yoga. I recently completed my 200-hour teacher training at Willow Yoga Studio, and I’m honored to be sharing this practice in a way that reflects who I am: grounded, evolving, and committed to building spaces for healing.
I’m a bit of a nomad yogi, bringing yoga to spaces that may not always have access to it. Some of the communities I teach in are yoga deserts—places where wellness resources are limited. Others simply need more affordable, welcoming options. My goal is to meet people where they are and make yoga more accessible to more bodies and more lives.
My own journey with yoga started informally back in 2015, during a time when I needed support managing stress and life’s demands. But it wasn’t until 2020 that I truly connected with the mental clarity, physical strength, and deep self-compassion that yoga offers. That shift inspired me to share the practice with others.
Stillness & Flow Yoga is about more than movement. It’s about community, connection, and coming home to yourself. Whether it’s a Vinyasa flow, a grounding chair yoga session, or a class tucked into a community center or unconventional space, I strive to create an inclusive experience where everyone feels seen, valued, and safe.
I believe in the power of realness, kindness, and grace. Wellness is not one-size-fits-all, and yoga isn’t just what happens on a mat—it’s how we choose to show up for ourselves and each other.
Let’s flow, grow, and build wellness together—wherever we are.

Vinyasa Yoga (1 Hour)
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic practice where breath and movement are synchronized. In this class, you’ll flow through a series of postures, building strength, flexibility, and balance. Each class is designed to meet you where you are, whether you're a beginner or have been practicing for years. You'll learn to move mindfully, connecting each breath to each movement, helping you feel more grounded, centered, and empowered.
This class is adaptable for all levels. If you’re new to yoga, I will guide you through each posture and help you find modifications that suit your body’s needs. For more experienced practitioners, I’ll offer challenges to deepen your practice and encourage personal growth. Whether you're looking to build strength, release stress, or find greater flexibility, Vinyasa Yoga provides a balanced, flowing practice for every kind of yogi.
Chair Yoga (45 Minutes)
Chair Yoga is an accessible and gentle practice that allows you to experience the benefits of yoga while seated or supported by a chair. This class is perfect for anyone who may need a gentler approach, including those with mobility issues, older adults, or anyone looking for a more restorative experience.
In Chair Yoga, we focus on breath, mindful movement, and stretching to increase flexibility, improve circulation, and reduce tension. Despite being a seated practice, it offers many of the same benefits as traditional yoga, such as improved posture, mental clarity, and stress relief. It’s a great option for any yogi, whether you're new to yoga, recovering from injury, or looking for a low-impact, calming practice.
